- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic (SSC Atlantic) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to NOVA POWER SOLUTIONS, 23020 Eaglewood Court Suite 100, Sterling, VA 20166. NOVA Power is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and has the proprietary schematics, drawings and specifications required to manufacture the required equipment. Requirement must be SPAWAR PPIL/SSIL approved for use on Shipboard Tactical/Weapons and IT Networks. Name Brand Only, absolutely no alternatives are available or considered for this request. 001 NOVA POWER PART# 110-15040 SNMP "Mini" Network Card 40 EA 002 NOVA POWER PART# XL66169 SNMP ADAPTER CARD for use with 110-15040 only 40EA DELIVER TO Virginia Beach, VA 43140 This notice is a not a request for competitive quotes, it is a notice of intent, but the Government will accept quotes from all responsible small business sources with the capability to provide the support and will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, July 30th 2014. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quotes will be prepared or made available for distribution.. Please include the following information on your quote: Payment Terms; FOB Point and Shipping costs if applicable; delivery date; Tax ID Number; Cage Code; POC e-mail address. The Government will accept proposals via email at: michelle.c.mcdonald@navy.mil. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 334419. All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting invoices for payment. Information to register can be found at www.sam.gov.
