Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC), on behalf of the Department of Veteran Affairs, is seeking offers to provide Cytogenetic Laboratory Services for the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, located in Milwaukee, WI. The period of performance shall be for a base year period with four, one-year option periods to renew at the discretion of the Government. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item, firm-fixed (unit) price, indefinite delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to the Contractor whose offer conforms to all stated term, conditions, representations, certifications and any other information required by the solicitation, and provides the best value to the Government. This procurement is unrestricted. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) 621511 is $30 Million. All Contractors who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide an offer. Contractors are reminded to provide a completed offer as required by FAR 52.212-1 and addendum, as well as, completion of the Offer Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items of the solicitation at FAR 52.212-3 and online through www.sam.gov. This is a Pre-solicitation Notice and is not a request for formal offers. Electronic versions of the solicitation will be available on or around 25 July 2014 and may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov, select "Find Business Opportunities" and enter the solicitation number. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at this URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Questions to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist no later than 1:00PM Central Time, 11 August 2014 to the following email address: erica.powers@va.gov. No other form of communication will be accepted.
