- Purchase Request: 0053306873, NSN: 1680-01-524-0860, Bell Helicopter Textron, CAGE 97499 and Hiltronics Corporation, CAGE 34725, P/N 449-376-921-101. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item are Bell Helicopter Textron, CAGE 97499 and Hiltronics Corporation, CAGE 34725. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR) to DLA Aviation. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 116 each, New Cumberland, PA (116-PRLI-0001). FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 349 days ARO. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package and a complete solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). RFP's are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requesters. The solicitation issue date is August 7, 2014. The anticipated closing date is September 5, 2014.
