- Request for Quote (RFQ) - HEVAS6-14-T-0020 The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires Special Education (SPED) Sign Language Services (Hearing Impaired Teaching Services) for the West Point, NY Schools. See the attached RFQ for the specific installations and schools located in this district. The contract type for this requirement will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP), with one (1) Base Year and two (2) one year option periods. Estimated Period of Performances are as follows: Base: 20 August 2014 through 19 August 2015 Option 1: 20 August 2015 through 19 August 2016 Option 2: 20 August 2016 through 19 August 2017 NOTE: This requirement is being competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Large businesses will not be considered for this required (see size standard below). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular as of this date. The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing.
