- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being posted in conjunction with the Solicitation L14PS00669, which is being posted at www.fedconnect.net. Vendors must pull off the RFQ with its clauses/provisions prior to sending a quote. Bureau of Land Management has a requirement to purchase eight (8) Backup Power Supply with Transformer. All technical requirements are stated in the RFQ which is posted with the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation at www.fedconnect.net.This requirement is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 423430. The Small Business Size Standard is 100 Employees. Prospective contractors must be registered in System for Awards Management (SAM) prior to award. Information on SAM registration can be obtained via the internet at www.sam.gov. Vendors shall also complete their Annual Representation and Certifications (ORCA) at www.sam.gov. Failure to register in SAM website will make the offeror ineligible for award. The closing date of the solicitation is August 4, 2014.
