- Description
- The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to IMG Communications, Inc. 546 East Main Street, Lexington KY 40508; for a marketing and advertising campaign within the University of Connecticut Athletic Department for the 2014-2015 season. The campaign consists of on-premises signage, video and print content in support of the Connecticut Army National Guard. IMG Communications, Inc., owns the advertising rights to the UCONN Athletic Department and related sporting events. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
