- The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to: Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority, 1 Mohegan Sun BLVD, Uncasville, CT. 06382-1355, cage code 4DVD6; for a marketing and advertising campaign within Mohegan Sun properties during the 2014-2015 season. The campaign consists of on-premises signage, video and print content in support of the Connecticut Army National Guard. The Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority owns the exclusive right to advertise on related property at related events. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
