- Amendment #1 - Site Tour scheduled for July 31, 2014. Project Details: The BLM seeks to hire a contractor to legally plug and abandon a Siesmo well as per the State of Montana rules and regulations. The well is located approximately 10 miles Northeast of Turner Montana and is currently uncontrolled and is discharging onto the ground at the well site. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. ALL questions are to be submitted VIA EMAIL to csweeney@blm.gov at least five days before the solicitation closes. Estimated price range is under $25,000. This is a Small Business Set-aside. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small business concerns. An active registration in System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) is required by the solicitation close date. Registration is free. Pre-solicitation not required under SAT per 36.213-2(a).
