- SPE8E514R0011 This is Pre-Solicitation Notice as required in FAR Part 5- Publicizing Contract Actions. There will be one solicitations issue for: NSN:9515-01-483-6870, P/N: 135257-45 These are not used in the commercial sector and are proprietary to Cadillac Gage Textron (10237). The solicitation: Request for Proposal will be issued July 23, 2014 and the closing will be: 08/06/2014. The solicitation will be unrestricted utilizing other than full & open competition for a Firm Fixed Price contact with no options. Only FOB pricing will be accepted. In order to receive award, regardless of the dollar value you must be registered in (CCR). The SAM website may be accessed at: https://www.sam.gov. Copies of the solicitation will not be available until the solicitation issue date. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/rfprec.aspx?sn=SPE8E514R0011 All responsible sources may submit a proposal(s) which shall be considering by DLA Troop Support. Anticipated issue date is July 23, 2014 and anticipated closing date is: August 6, 2014. These dates are subject to change.
