- Sources Sought Poly Snow Cassettes and Refills Scott Air Force Base, IL This is a request for information only. This is not a request for proposal and there is no solicitation package available at this time. Scott Air Force Base is conducting market research to determine the availability of businesses capable of providing Snow Cassette Refills and Poly Wafers. A description of the products is listed below. Description of Products M-B Companies, Inc Part # 907-148114, 4618 poly cassette kit 16 EA or equal item is acceptable M-B Companies, Inc Part # 907-155300, 4622 poly cassette kit 12 EA or equal item is acceptable M-B Companies, Inc Part # 907-83629, Wafer Poly Refill, 32" x 10', 6 EA or equal item is acceptable M-B Companies, Inc Spacer Ring, (diameter)10", 100 EA or equal item is acceptable M-B Companies, Inc Spacer Ring, (diameter) 19 ½", 500 EA or equal item is acceptable Environmental Controls The contractor shall be knowledgeable of and comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements regarding environmental protection. The contractor shall ensure policies and procedures are established that protect the health and safety of employees and the community, and minimize/eliminate the risk of environmental pollution. Contract Type 375 Contracting Squadron is anticipating a firm fixed price contract. Information Required This acquisition is being considered for Small Business Socio-Economic contracting programs (i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) programs) and small business concerns. If your firm intends to propose on this acquisition, you must provide the following information to the Contracting Specialist not later than 1 Aug 14. • Company name, Point of Contact, E-mail address, Telephone and Facsimile numbers, and Type and Business Size (i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB programs) Please submit the above information no later than the 3:00 P.M.
