- This solicitation has been amended. Amendment 1 to Solicitation SPE4A6-14-R-1555 extends the solicitation closing date to 22 August 2014. The Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside has been eliminated. The 100% Small Business Set-Aside now applies. Only offers from Small Businesses will be considered for award. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain the same.
