- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Drum, NY anticipates issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a Fixed Price Field Latrine Support Service located at Fort Drum, NY. The Government intends to award a single contract for Field Latrine Support Services located at Fort Drum, NY. The contract type will be a Requirements Contract with Firm Fixed Unit Prices (IAW FAR 16.503 Requirements Contracts). This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The successful Contractor shall provide all plant, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, resources, and management necessary to provide year-round support services to permanent field latrines located on the range areas of Fort Drum, NY. This support includes evacuating, pumping, and removing liquid and solid waste contents (fecal/urine waste) from field latrine holding tanks; cleaning and maintaining the building's interior and exterior. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (to be provided with the solicitation), and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The anticipated ordering period is 01 October 2014 through 30 September 2015 with Base plus four (4) one-year option periods. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference IFB number W911S2-14-B-3006 in the subject line. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services, size standard $7.0 Million. This procurement is unrestricted. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 562991. Representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The anticipated posting date of the IFB is no sooner than 15 days after the publication of this notice. Upon release to the public, the IFB as well as the amendments will be available at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitaiton.
