- Federal Business Opportunities Information Date: 10 June 2014 SOLICITATION NO. W9128F-14-R-0036 SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) INTERESTS MULITIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC). On or about 4 August 2014, this office will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a wide range of design-build and construction services at sites in Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota to include vertical construction, site work, electrical, mechanical, minor hazardous and toxic waste abatement incidental to construction, etc. This will be a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a target of five (5) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business awards with a shared capacity of $30,000,000. Each contract will have a three-year base period and one two-year option. The minimum guarantee amount for the performance period is $5,000. Work completed under this contract lies within NAICS Code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The small business size standard for this NAICS Code is $33.5M. The solicitation will close on or about 5 Sept 2014. Performance and payment bonds will be required on a task order basis. This solicitation is RESTRICTED TO SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION. Offerors: Please be advised of on-line registration requirement for Contractor Registration and for Representations and Certifications Application 'ORCA' is now located in System for Award Management 'SAM' database https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Representations and certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete.
