- The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to identify capable, qualified small businesses to provide Kleinert Style #1165, Size# 3, Dri-Kleen Dress Shields, and Color: White for West Point, NY. Quality is 3,000 Pair. Potential qualified sources shall meet size classification standards under NAICS code 314999. Interested offerors shall demonstrate, in a qualifications statement, that it can provide this site license. This is a sources sought announcement and not a request for technical or cost proposals. An award will not be made on the basis of this notice, and there will be no reimbursement of costs incurred by potential offerors responsing to this notice.
