- Request for Quote Statement of Need This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is F2M3CB4140AQ01 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect though Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75 and DFARS change notice 20140624. This is a notice that this order is a total set-aside for a small business concern. Only quotes submitted by a small business concern will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. This NAICS code is 561790 and the size standard is $7.5M. This is a requirement to remove bird droppings from buildings: 9110, 9210, 9310, 7065, 5570, 9211, 5570, 9085 and 10416 at Joint Base San Antonio Lackland.
