- SF 1449 for Solicitation HSCG44-14-R-PCR045 Complete Solicitation with Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5-Test Program for Certain Commercial Items guidelines and FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation Number HSCG44-14- R-PCR045 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. The NAICS Code is 541990 with a size standard of $14 million. The Place of Performance will be at the Contractor's facility. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for Nationwide Automatic Identification System Support Services for the AIS Receive Satellite Coverage in Alaska. A Sources Sought for this requirement was previously issued on FBO on June 27, 2014 under number HSCG44-14-RFI_AIS_AK. The incumbent contractor for this work is Marine Exchange of Alaska. Please refer to the attached documents for the complete solicitation. Questions and Past Performance References are due by 2:00pm Eastern on August 4, 2014. Proposals are due by 2:00pm Eastern on August 22, 2014.
