- Title of Project: Seal Mechanical Room Floor 1. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified for the above project 2.Background Due to Linear Accelerator and Cobalt Machine being located directly below Mechanical Room a sealed floor is required to prevent any water from damaging machines in the event of a water leak. 3. Performance Period: [Firm-Fixed-Price] The contractor shall complete the work required under this SOW in 30__ calendar days or less from date of award, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer (CO). If the contractor proposes an earlier completion date, and the Government accepts the contractor's proposal, the contractor's proposed completion date shall prevail. 4.
