- Amendment 1 to Original Solicitation Original Solicitation Questions Flooring Bid Sheet 1614 Floor Plan 1607 Carpet Plan Statement or Work This repost is to clarify and correct the requirements for the solicitations posted on 14 and 15 July 2014 (FA2835-14-R-0021 and F2B3AQ4177A001, respectively). The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Replace approximately 700 SF of tile flooring in men's rooms in Bldg 1614 Replace approximately 1040 SF of carpet, 480 SF of matting, and 390 LF of cove base in Bldg 1607 (option) The contractor should prepare separate bids as the carpeting is an option that may not be awarded. The site visit was held Monday 14 July 2014. Bids are due by 12PM EST on 01 August 2014.
