- Request for quote This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items issued in accordance with the requirements of FAR Part 12 and FAR 13.5 (Test Program for Certain Commercial Items). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; the FDA will not issue a separate written solicitation document. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ).
