- This is a notice to the commercial market of the Government's intent to make award to Parasoft Corporation for the maintenance of five (5) SOAtest software licences. The performance period is for one year from date of delivery. This requirement will be conducted on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Parasoft Corporation certifies that it is the sole source supplier and manufacturer of the SOAtest software and that all maintenance services, software installations, upgrades and enhancements, new releases and patches as well as customer care, licensing and technical support provided in the United States. This notice of intent to award should not be construed as a committment by the Government to issue a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) or contract. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary. Responses to the notice of intent to award will not serve as proposals, bids, or offers which could be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. As such, the Government will not cover any cost for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice. Please include the name of the point of contact, e-mail address and telephone number should the Government have questions regarding individual responses. Please note: A SOLICITATION DOES NOT EXIST.
