- Sole Source Justification Statement of Work The US Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, intends to award a sole source contract to Condortech Services, 6621-A Electronic Drive Springfield, VA 22151, a Full Service Maintenance Agreement ETA Access Control System (ACS). The statutory authority permitting the acquisition of this requirement by other than full and open competition is 41 USC 253(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. The anticipated period of performance is a 12 month base period; with three option periods of 12 months (48 months total). This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposal. Therefore, no solicitation documents exist for this requirement. However, all responsible parties interested in responding to this notice are invited to submit a capability statement including costs by 4:00pm Eastern Time by July 28, 2014, that provides sufficient details for consideration by the Government, via e-mail transmittal to Nixon.van.a@dol.gov. The reference "ETA Card Reader" must be shown on the subject line. The determination not to compete the contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All questions or comments regarding this notice shall be addressed in writing to Mr. Van Nixon.
