- This is a SSC Pacific combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation. Competitive quotes are being requested under N66001-14-T-6694. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses, NAICS code is 519190 and the size standard is $27.5 M. Item 0001, Data Protection Advanced (DPA) capacity bundle used in a dedicated CommCell for TB based Capacity License Agreement (CLA) customers; it cannot be combined with other CLA backup editions in the same cell. This provides 1TB (FET) of the DPA Protection-Enterprise capacity for a CommCell PN: SB-C-DPA-1T-A Qty 3 EA. Item 0002, Maintenance for Data Protection Advanced (DPA) capacity bundle used in a dedicated CommCell for TB-based Capacity License Agreement (CLA) customers; it cannot be combined with other CLA backup editions in the same cell. This provides 1TB (FET) of the DPA Protection-Enterprise cap, PN: SB-C-DPA-1T-AM Qty = 3 each DELIVERY ADDRESS: 4297 PACIFIC HIGHWAY, BLDG OT7 SAN DIEGO, CA 92110-5000 Basis for award: The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order and it will be based on the lowest technically acceptable quote.
