- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-14-T-0436 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order. The Software Renewal & Support must be provided by Lynx Software Technologies under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Lynx Software Technologies is the original designer and developer of the software. Lynx Software Technologies holds proprietary data rights for the software. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-14-X-XXXX) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code. Award is expected 15 August 2014. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by 1:00pm est., on July 28, 2014. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
