- Request for Quotation Contract Data Requirements List ITEM 0001: NSN: 4920-00-572-6854RN, Part Number A-A-59824, Test Set, Spray, used to measure the stray pattern angle and check for external leakage of a fuel atomizer assembly applicable to the A/M32A Gas turbine engine. Requirement is for two (2) each in the basic year, and 4 Option Periods, 1-3 each. Option I is valid for 365 days; Option II is valid for 730 days; Option III is valid for 1095 days; Option IV is valid for 1460 days. DELIVERY - ITEM 0001: Places of delivery for basic quantity are FE6261 and FE 4460, and delivery is due 180 days ARO Contract. Delivery of options is 180 days after exercise of options. Options may be exercised for AF (Air Force) or FMS requirements. Assets will be shipped FOB origin. This is a small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 6.203. Quotations are due 25 August 2014. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED, and no hard copies will be mailed out. The technical data required to respond to the RFQ may be obtained at FBO. Offerors shall prepare their quotations in accordance with mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing to wendy.courtney@us.af.mil with copy to kathryn.canady@us.af.mil. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS. Anticipated award date is 15 September 2014. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation.
