- N6572614T0077_Request_for _Quotation Redacted Justification and Approval_14-0077 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; competitive quotes are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SYNOPSIS NOTES: SYNOPSIS IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO FAR 5.301(b)(3), the award results from a proposal submitted under the Small Business Innovation Development Act of 1982 (Pub. L. 97-219). The solicitation number is N65726-14-T-0077, and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. The associated NAICS code is 334418. This requirement is for the procurement of Modular Recording and Exercise Control System II Legacy Card (MRECSIILC) Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) in support ofthe NAVAL UNDERSEA WARFARE CENTER, KEYPORT, WA MK 54 Mod 1 Light Weight Torpedo Program. Line Item 0001 is as follows: DESCRIPTION: MRECSIILC-CCA P/N 7PA0060816) ; QUANTITY: 43 EA. The period of performance is 12 months from 10 August 2014 to 09 August 2015. Line Item 0002 is as follows: DESCRIPTION: MRECSIILC-CCA P/N 7PA0060816) ; QUANTITY: 10 EA. The period of performance is 12 months from 10 August 2015 to 09 August 2016. Line Item 0003 is as follows: DESCRIPTION: MRECSIILC-CCA P/N 7PA0060816) ; QUANTITY: 10 EA. The period of performance is 12 months from 10 August 2016 to 09 August 2017. The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Contractors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
