- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District has the following requirement: Supply and Deliver by BARGE 4,500 gallons of MOBILGARD, 409 NC (NO Chlorine) Marine Crankcase Oil, to the Dredge Hurley located approximately River Mile Marker 732, Harahan Bridge, on the Mississippi River, Memphis, Tennessee, by FRIDAY, 25 July 2014.
