- J&A #17,728 Aft Lifting Body SBIR Phase III Navatek This document serves as justification to award a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III contract to NAVATEK, Ltd, prepared in accordance with NMCARS 5206.302-5 and NMCARS Annex 13. The design for the Aft Lifting Body (ALB) was originally developed by NAVATEK under the SBIR Program. A SBIR Phase I C ontract N65538-07-M-0046 was awarded on 21 Dec 06, resulting from Solicitation N6553807PRR0034, Topic number N06-137. NAVATEK was subsequently awarded SBIR Phase II Contract N00024-09-C-4116 on 04 December 2008. SBIR Phase III Contract # M67854-14-C-0008 was awarded to NAVATEK 07 July 2014.
