- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Socorro Field Office in Socorro, New Mexico is requesting quotes for pipeline materials and to furnish and install a solar pump. Materials are to be delivered to the Socorro Field Office, 901 S. Highway 85, Socorro, New Mexico. The attached Maps provide direction as to where water tanks are to be delivered. See Attachment 1 for specifications and delivery requirements. Respondents must request a copy of the BLM's specifications for the pipeline materials by email to Anna Salas-Waldo at asalas@blm.gov if unable to do so from FedConnect or FedBizOps. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small businesses and serves as a procurement notice to fulfill public posting requirements in accordance with the FAR 5.101 - Methods of Disseminating Information and FAR 13.105 - Synopsis and Posting Requirements. Purchase shall be made using a Government Purchase Card to the Lowest Priced Technically acceptable (PTA) Offeror in accordance with DIAR Policy 1413.202-70 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It must clearly show the firm's ability to meet the specifications listed in Attachment 1 for the materials.
