- PROJECT TITLE/LOCATION: Trail Maintenance at Rydell NWR; U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Region 3, Erskine, Minnesota, Polk County PROJECT CONSISTS OF: Work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of sections of asphalt trail pavements. Specific sections of each trail will receive this work as noted on the construction documents. Included in this work is removal of stored demolished asphalt debris. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a size standard of $14.0 million. The solicitation package will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov and www.FedConnect.net on or about August 7, 2014, with a Bid Opening occurring on or about September 9, 2014. The solicitation package will include the following: An itemized Bid Schedule, Scope of Work, Drawings, and Prevailing Wage Determination and Bid Bond Form.
