- Description
- Sf-18 Solicitation N00421-14-T-0428 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order. The Ethernet Switch must be a Siemens Industry (was RuggedCom) product under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Siemens Industry is the only known approved manufacturer of the Ethernet Switch that has meet all the government‘s testing requirements. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Items must be brand new. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-14-X-XXXX) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code. Please identify if items are FOB Destination or FOB Origin and include any shipping charges. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order Preference will be given to quotes received from small businesses. Award is expected 15 August 2014. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by 9:00am est., on July 28, 2014. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
