- Brand Name Justification for EnCase Cybersecurity and Analytics FSA has a need for Guidance Software's EnCase Analytics and Cybersecurity. FSA has existing EnCase products to address Management's Responsibility for Internal Control; to create and maintain a strong internal control that includes continuous monitoring that is compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Currently, FSA uses EnCase Enterprise Examiner to address malware forensic investigation that provides real-time investigation of malware threats and attacks against the FSA Enterprise. EnCase Analytics and Cybersecurity are modules that provide additional capabilities to our computer forensics tool suite including pro-active, near real-time threat and risk analysis of FSA's environment, as well as give FSA the ability to increase its incident response reaction time. The threat visualization and mapping aspect of the products will provide the ability to visually track threats against known or suspected FSA asset vulnerabilities and develop blocks and controls to prevent the spread of the attack. This type of mapping provides a clear picture to the analysts and management of the state of the security posture and how well FSA is preventing persistent attacks to our systems. The reports developed from the modules will provide trending analysis to show FSA's progress in remediation, as well as current trends in real world threats. They will also be integrated in the weekly status reports to FSA management and mandatory Cybersecurity reporting to DHS.
