- The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Services (PBS), Acquisition Services Division (PGQC), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) in Washington, DC 20405 intends to issue a sole source award to ASI Government. Pursuant to the authority of the Competition in Contracting Act (CICA) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302 and GSA Acquisition Manual (GSAM) 506.3 for justifying other than full and open competition, the GSA intends to award a sole source with ASI. The proposed action is for a one (1) year, firm-fixed-price contract with four (4) option years for annual subscription services for the Virtual Acquisition Office™ (VAO)service from Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contractor ASI Government (GS-35F-4952G). The NAICS code 541611. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Interested persons may identity their interest and capability by responding in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award is based upon the justification for a logical follow-on. Responses to this notice are solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by the above "Response Date" then a sole source award will be issued to ASI. The anticipated award date is August 6, 2014.
