- Amendment Number 2 See attached SF-30 Amendment to Solicitation A0002 Close date for submission of quotes has changed to read COB 3 P.M. 28 July 2014. Square footage is changed to read 130,000 square feet. Disregard address for submission of quotes on SOW. Send quotes to POC listed on FBO solicitation by 28 July 2014 (3 PM) Awardee will be granted 75 days for completion of painting project. The date will commence after awardee has been provided a signed Notice to Proceed by the Contracting Officer. Notice to proceed will not be provided until Payment bond has been provided to the KO per solicition notice.
