- Schedule of Items This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for which quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-75. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 with a small business size standard of $25.50M. This requirement is restricted to small business firms and only qualified offerors may submit a quote to be considered. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). If the company is not registered they may do so by going to WWW.SAM.GOV. Offerors must provide their Duns Number and Taxpayer ID number with their quote along with a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its offer. 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. All quotes are due July 29, 2014 at 1:00 PM Central Standard Time and should be sent via e-mail to deidre.phillips@usda.gov. Information regarding this solicitation should be submitted to Deidre V.
