- Attached is a signed copy of the cancelled solicitation. 7/22/2014- Solicitation SAQMMA14R0018 Cancellation Amendment The purposes of this amendment are as follows: (1) Solicitation number SAQMMA14R0018 for printers is hereby cancelled in it's entirety. (2) The Government intends to resolicit the requirement for the printers. (3) There was a substantial change in the printer specifications that made the cancellation and re-solicitation necessary. (4) The Government is asking that all potential offerors refrain from contacting the Department at this time. (5) The Government intends to post the new solicitation in FedBizOpps no later than August 1, 2014. 6/2/2014- The purpose of this admendment is to incoporate and attach Standard Form 30 Admendment 003 (which replaces Amendment 002 that was created in error) and revised Attachment A for your acknowledgment. 6/2/2014- The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate and attach Standard Form 30 Amendment 001 (A001) for your acknowledgment. This modification was inadvertently left out. Questions and Answers have been updated and uploaded. Also, the response date has changed from May 29, 2014 2:00 pm to June 5,2014 2:00pm Eastern. Questions and Answers have been uploaded. Also, the updated Attachment A- Proposal Configuration Worksheet have been uploaded. In reference to Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation SAQMMA14R0018, answers to the questions have not been completed. Questions and answers should be posted by May 17, 2014. A delay in posting the questions and answers has caused the response date to change from May 21, 2014 2:00 pm Eastern to read May 29, 2014 2:00 pm Eastern. The Department of State (DOS) intends to establish multiple Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ) under which the Department may make repetitive purchases of specified supplies in a streamlined, pre-negotiated manner, to facilitate the missions of the Global Information Technology Modernization program and the Department. The solicitation will be posted no later than April 24, 2014 and will remain posted for a minimum of 3.5 weeks. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Under NAICS code 334118 the Small Business Administration has approved a class waiver to non-manufacturer rule for laser-jet printers and an individual waiver for PKI Card Readers and RFID Tags. The period of performance shall be one twelve (12) month base period and four one (1) year option periods.
