- Photo of used Case International 265 Tractor w/cultivator attachment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-32SD-S-14-0054 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 333111 Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. The USDA, ARS, Dale Bumpers Small Farms Research Center, 6883 South State Highway 23, Booneville, AR 72927, has a requirement for a Utility Tractor. The minimum required specifications are as follows: The following minimum specifications will be used for technical evaluation: •66 HP (Engine) •52 PTO HP utility tractor •Deluxe cab w/ Air Ride seat •Electronic hydrostatic transmission •Load match feature (adjust engine speed based upon load) •Has twin touch foot pedals •Cruise control •Open-center hydraulic system with 2500 psi •Two hydraulic gear pumps •Power beyond kit •Includes rear wheel weight of 110 lbs •Fluid fill rear tires •Includes front end loader w/ quick mounting system for installing and removing without tools •Front end loader should have a single-point hydraulic connection •Contains hood guard •73" Materials Bucket included for front end loader •Fixed pallet fork for front end loader In addition, the USDA, ARS, DBSFRC, has a used operable Case International 265 Tractor with cultivator attachment they would like to trade in. The location would like to know what the trade in allowance would be on the tractor w/cultivator attachment. See attachment for photos of equipment to be traded in. The following is the equipment requested to be traded in: 1)Case International 265 Tractor with cultivator attachment; Serial #: 17666796, purchased in 1992, has 485 hours. (Tractor Runs) The USDA, ARS, DBSFRC requires the Utility Tractor to be delivered by December 5, 2014 or sooner. Each quoter shall include their proposed delivery schedule as part of their quotation. Acceptance and FOB point are destination. In order to be considered for award quoters shall provide a quotation on company letterhead valid for at least 60 days and include a description of the item in sufficient detail to evaluate their product against the above minimum specifications. Quoted price MUST include delivery costs (FOB Destination). Each quoter MUST have an active System for Award Management registration (www.sam.gov).
