- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - West Point intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to American Seating Company, 401 American Seating Center, Grand Rapids, MI 49504-4499 to provide replacement parts for American Seating, Stellar 35-224 model seat to include seat backs,castings and armrests. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. If your firm does not agree with the sole source determination, provide your firm's capabilities in being able to provide the above requirement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responses are due no later than 10am July 25, 2014. Responses need to sent to Bob Pizzano at robert.pizzano@usma.edu. If no acceptable responses are received by the due date an award will be made without further notice.
