- T.O. SoW COMBO COMBINED SYNOPSIS/ SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS REPLACE LOAD MONITORING SYSTEM (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FAR 13.5 Applies to this acquisition. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1MT44128A001 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. (iv) This acquisition is a small business set-aside procurement. The associated NAICS code is 334419 with a 500 employee size standard. (v) Contractors shall submit a lump sum quote, to replace a load monitoring system. 0001 Service to replace load monitoring system A site visit will be held on 28 July 2014 at 0900 EST at the JB Charleston Weapon station. All potential vendors please provide a POC if you will be attending this site visit by 1300 EST Friday, 25 July 2014. We will be meeting at the pass and badge office - weapon station. (2302 Missile Haul Rd, Goose Creek, SC 29445) (vi) The work to be performed by this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and tools necessary to provide service to replace a load monitoring system for Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina.
