- Description
- The AFD Daycare Asphalt Parking Lot Project is the construction of parking lot utilizing existing gravel parking and additional ¾ road base material to ensure positive drainage (estimate 10,000 sq. ft.). Work will include: pavement courses composed of mineral aggregate and asphalt material heated and mixed, rolled finished and approved before the placement of the next course (approximately 65' x 155'). The contract time will be approximately 30 calendar days. Work is estimated to start September 1, 2014. Estimated price range is less than $25,000. Quotes are due on August 26, 2014. The solicitation will be available on approximately August 12, 2014 and can be downloaded from this site at that time.
