- This is a Sources Sought Notice for Market Research only. No award will be made from this notice. No Solicitation, Specifications, or Drawings are Abvailable. Do not request a copy of a Solicitation. This Notice is published to gain knowledge of technically qualified Small Business concerns who are both 8a and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and who are interested and capable of performing the renovation detailed below: Project Description: This Design Build Project includes the complete replacement of the existing fire sprinkler system and the fire alarm system at the AUTEC Federal Building in West Palm Beach FL. The project will include the complete removal of the existing fire sprinkler system and the fire alarm system and the design and installation of a new automatic fire sprinkler system and fire alarm system which will serve the entire building. The new automatic Fire Sprinkler System and the Fire Alarm System will include the replacement of all associated devices, any modifications to the building required for the installation and all incidental and related work for a complete and functional fire sprinkler and fire alarm system. The period of performance 88 days for design and 135 days for construction. Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000.
