- SAP Justification This is a Notice of Intent to issue a contract to Broadview Software, Inc., 207 Adelaide Street East, Suite 201, Toronto, Ontario M5A 1M8, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Sole Source Justification is attached hereto. The proposed procurement is for 1 Each Supermicro Server and Drive Expander, and on-site configuration/training. a. DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001: Supermicro Server 2027TR server hardare; P/N: 2027TR-D70QRF-OTO-28. Includes 4 Each licenses of Microsoft Windows server 2012 R.2. UNIT PRICE $_______ x 1 EA = Total $______________ CLIN 0002: Supermicro Drive Expander. Includes 10GBPS cable for servers. P/N: USCSE-216E26-R120. UNIT PRICE $_________X 1 EA = Total $_______________ CLIN 0003: On-site configuration of new hardware and affiliate lists within the traffic system. UNIT PRICE $_________X 12 DAYS = Total $_______________ CLIN 0004: On-site training on new affiliate list structure/workflows and new affiliate log export procedures. UNIT PRICE $_________X 7 EA = Total $_______________ QUOTE Grand Total $____________ This announcement constitutes the only notice; and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to perform by responding to this notice by the specified closing date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
