- The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineering Center (NSRDEC) intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) only one responsible source to Salimetrics, LLC, State College, PA. 16803-6605 for chemical analysis services from saliva samples for an on-going research project on nutritional and behavioral mitigation strategies for cognitive performance. Salimetrics, LLC uses an oral swab data collection method (SOS) utilizing their own vessels made from high quality polypropylene for saliva sampling and the Salimetrics Salivary Cortisol Enzyme Immunoassay Kit. Data integrity is critical to this research; therefore it is imperative to keep the data collection methodology consistent in order to combine new data with the previous data to form a larger body of research results. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541712.
