(ABOA): 5,979 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 16 Parking Spaces (Surface): 16 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 16 Full Term: 24 months Firm Term: 12 months PROJECT NO. 4GA0199 Additional Requirements: Early termination rights any time after 1 st year with 90 days written notice. The agency currently occupies space in the Augusta, GA market; move and replication costs will be considered through a Cost Benefit Analysis. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [ 100/500 ] year flood plain.
