- ***THIS AMENDMENT NOTICE REPLACES SOLICITATION # SPE4A614R1837 WITH SPE4A614R2069*** End Item Application: 04F AIRCRAFT, STRATOFORTRESS B-52 - NSN: 6680-00-585-1503. The solicitation will contain one NSN for a Generator. This solicitation will be result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base year and four option years. The proposed award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a 1T item; QPL-26611 applies; the approved QPL sources are: Globe Motors, Inc., - CAGE 25140 and Aircraft Appliances and Equipment Limited - CAGE 35076. The requirement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. This is a critical application item. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base and Option Year EAD: 444 each, the total Max Contract Quantity is 2,220 each. The requested delivery is: 106 Days ARO; FOB: Origin - Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about May 16, 2014. Suppliers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at web portal www.sam.gov. This web portal consolidates the capabilities of the Central Contract Registry (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading.
