- The solicitation number for this Request for Proposal is P14PS01564. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73. FAR 13.500 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 512110, Motion Picture and video production, with a small business size standard of $30 million. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming is in the best interest of the Government. All vendors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM), (http://www.sam.gov) to include updated Online Representations and Certifications Associated with current SAM record. Unless amendments are issued extending the solicitation, the offers are due by 2:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time (MT), August 15, 2014. Delivery shall be made to Minuteman Missile National Historic Site, 21280 SD Hwy 240, Philip, SD 57567. The offeror shall be capable of completing delivery as per the statement of work not later than September of 2016. PROJECT PHASE 1: Develop and Deliver Exhibit Video and Audio Programs, Trailer for Feature Film, and Video Clip Reel NLT May 27, 2015. PROJECT PHASE 2: Interpretive Feature Film, Final Feature Clip Reel, RlueRay Replicating Master of Feature Film, and DVD Replicating Master of Feature Film NLT September 6, 2016.
