- PROJECT TITLE/LOCATION: Great River Parking Lot; U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Region 3, Great River NWR, Annada, Missouri, Pike County PROJECT CONSISTS OF: This work includes, but is not limited to, project mobilization and demobilization, project management and oversight, testing and inspection, construction surveying, clearing and grubbing, grading, cleanup, and disposal of all site removals to finish the project. Site improvements include but are not limited to providing: approximately 175' linear feet of reinforced concrete curbing, a 75' long by 30' wide concrete parking lot, approximately 170' long by 6' wide reinforced concrete sidewalk with truncated domes, one handicap parking sign with wooden post, relocation of one metal sign, application of topsoil as shown on the plans, site grading as indicated on the plans, and seeding and mulching. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a size standard of $14.0 million. The solicitation package will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov and www.FedConnect.net on or about August 7, 2014, with a Bid Opening occurring on or about September 10, 2014. The solicitation package will include the following: An itemized Bid Schedule, Scope of Work, Drawings, and Prevailing Wage Determination and Bid Bond Form.
