- Emergency Generator Maintenance Service Contractor to provide as part of the firm-fixed price Contract/PO all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supplies, software, transportation, supervision, and any other items and services necessary to accomplish the inspection and service described herein. Scope of Work: Scope of Work: Contractor shall perform 3 quarterly inspections, PM Level 1, in accordance with manufacture's recommendations and accepted industry standards on each of the following, Caterpillar 600 KW diesel powered standby generator, Onan 230 KW diesel powered standby generator, Generac, model SD500 diesel powered standby generator, WisperWatt 125 KW portable standby generator. Contractor shall perform 1 annual inspection PM level 2 in accordance with manufacture's recommendations and accepted industry standards on each of the following generator's, Caterpillar 600 KW diesel powered standby generator, Onan 230 KW diesel powered standby generator, Generac, model SD500 diesel powered standby generator, WisperWatt 125 KW portable standby generator. Contractor shall conduct the annual inspection during the Apr-May-June Quarter. Contractor shall perform 1 annual load bank test (2-hour resistive type) on the following generators, Caterpillar 600 KW diesel powered standby generator(This generator shall require a standby generator to be on site), Onan 230 KW diesel powered standby generator, Generac, model SD500 diesel powered standby generator, WisperWatt 125 KW portable standby generator. Contractor shall replace belts, hoses, and wiring as needed. Contractor shall top off all fluids (coolant, batteries, oil) when inspections are done for all PM checks. Contractor shall perform 8 automatic transfer switch inspections.
