- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is NAICS, 334210, Telephone Apparatus Manufacturing, Size Standard 1000 employees. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside Solicitation/Purchase Request Number F2KOAC4149A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74, Effective 1 July 2014. NOTE: Please provide a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL quote for the item(s) below. If an "or equal" quote is submitted, the proposal will be sent to the technical advisor for compatibility and verification. ANY OFFEROR PROVIDING AN OR EQUAL PRODUCT SHALL THOROUGHLY DESCRIBE HOW THEIR PRODUCT MEETS ALL THE REQUIRED CHARACTERISTICS LISTED. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL MAKE THAT OFFEROR NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. The Government intends to award one contract with two (2) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): For a Telephone Recorder and Digital Alarm and Communications Server. CLIN 0001: QTY: 1 UNIT OF ISSUE: EA Specifications brand name or equal for CLIN 0001: ASC Marathon Evolite 16 Channel; Part number; ASC 30100016 Manufacturer; ASC Telecom T-1 MIL Dispatch R7 Upgrade; Part number; CABS-MIL567-R2 Manufacturer; Tetronik, Inc. - Items must be compatible with existing Unify 4000 Hipath Console System - Items must be able to integrate into existing Unify Hipath 4000 Console System - Items must not void existing Unify Console System warranty - Contractor must be authorized to work on existing Unify Hipath 4000 Console System - Quote must also include 24/7 On Site Maintenance with 24hr response time for minor problems and 4hr response time for major problems on both systems. FOB: Destination INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Destination DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 45 days ARO In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of best value. Acceptability is determined by conformance to all details described for each CLIN. Offeror will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.
