- Synopsis: Portland VA Medical Center, Portland, OR intends to procure an Ultrasound Elastography instrument to access Liver Fibrosis (stiffness). This procurement is Brand Name or Equal to FibroScan 502 Touch Ultrasound manufactured by Echosens. Please see the Salient Characteristics in solicitation for essential physical, functional, and other characteristics that have been deemed essential in meeting the governments need and are the minimum acceptable specifications. This procurement is restricted to Small Businesses (All Types). All Offerors must be registered in SAM at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
