Modification and renovation of discrete spaces on the ground, 1st and 3rd floors of the existing Main Building Administration Wing, for use by the U.S. Forest Service, and 2. Renovation of West Annex Building, all at the USDA, ARS, Western Regional Research Center (WRRC), in Albany, CA, for use by USDA, Food Safety Inspection Services. Specifications, drawings, clauses & provisions, and General Decision (Davis-Bacon wage determination) to be posted early August. The estimated price range is between $1M and $5M. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS CANCELLED.
